Appointment Cancellation Policy
At Lux Massage Therapy, we value your time and are committed to providing exceptional service to every client. To help us maintain appointment availability and accommodate all guests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Clients who fail to cancel their appointment and do not arrive for their scheduled service will be considered a No-Call / No-Show and will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount. Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session to avoid delays for other scheduled appointments. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment for future bookings. We understand that emergencies can happen and will consider extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
