Deep tissue can be incorporated into a 30-, 60-, or 90-minute customized session at Lux. Book the session length that fits your schedule and goals, then tell Valarie you prefer deep tissue work. Pricing follows the session length—not a separate deep-tissue menu item.

You and Valarie set pressure preferences throughout. Work may concentrate on problem areas (neck, shoulders, low back, hips) with techniques that feel thorough without rushing. Communication stays open so pressure stays productive.

Clients with chronic tension, desk-related tightness, old tightness that returns, or anyone who prefers therapeutic pressure over a light spa-style session.

Technique style is built into your customized appointment. You pay by time:

Hydrate before and after. Mild soreness for a day or two can be normal after deeper work; gentle movement and rest help. Tell Valarie about injuries, recent procedures, or conditions that affect pressure.
